The Department:

Purpose of the role:
The purpose of the role is to assist with Office needs and to help us hold everything together and in doing so save time, help things to run smoothly and let the marketing team members focus energy on the things that only they can do.

You will be responsible for:

- Booking meetings and planning Teams diaries accordingly (keeping a check on who attends)
- Setting up meetings, liaising with attendees, producing minutes, etc
- Research and finding resources
- Making travel arrangements, booking tickets etc.
- Filing Marketing and Finance paperwork and record-keeping
- Liaise with London Teams to keep track of contracts and payment flows
- Looking after the Office Members
- Handling confidential information

You will have (Essential skills):

- Multi-tasking skills
- Accurate reporting skills
- Excellent organisational skills, and ability to effectively prioritise time and work.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with other organisations and individuals.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Flexible
- Able to work on her own initiative
- Very organised
- Must be well presenting

It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):

- Experience of working as a Personal Assistant
