As the Regional Fleet Manager you will be responsible for operation, maintenance, and procurement of company vehicles.

**Partner with the best**

As Fleet Manager you will be required to lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. You would be required to develop an operational year plan for the own department activities, suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As Regional Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Lead in defining, structuring and maintaining overall fleet performance strategy for unification, simplification, and cost reduction.
- Maintain and update policies according to present or changing times.
- Focus on company goals of decrease of vehicle emissions and collection of data through use of alternate fuels and electric vehicles.
- Administer fleet workflow processes including assisting employees and reviewing workflow form requests for assignments, reassignments and/or terminations of fleet vehicles.
- Facilitate return of vehicle with manager and human resources upon driver departure from the fleet program.
- Proactively understand the needs of the fleet; coordinate with supervisor on proper vehicle orders, upfitting standards and quantities.
- Confirm vehicles are assigned to the appropriate driver name, and cost numbers in fleet inventories.
- Facilitate resolution of fleet issues including Liaison support to Fleet Managers and drivers i.e. vehicle delivery, vehicle assessment, fuel cards, PINs, etc.
- Perform worth duties for North America as needed

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
- Prior hands-on product experience and orientation
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
