Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage resource planning and respective SOWs and POs;
- Maintain Commercial controls with respective Vendors;
- Maintain a roadmap and a prioritized backlog of projects;
- Finance & Budget control for the CS Project team;
- Lead and maintain the CS Project governance and meeting agenda;
- Facilitation of internal and external meetings and deck preparations;
- Support implementation of Demand Mgt process and methodology;
- Keep portfolio documentation and org structure organized and updated;
- Mkt engagement;
- Change Mgt control for CS projects;
- MS Project workplan management support; keeping track of plans, budget, quality standards, deliverables and dependencies;
- Monitoring of relations between project areas and active improvement submission;
- Organizing project resource management;
- Support strategy and roadmap implementation from CS Project area;
- Aiding in the creation of Investment proposal;
- Drive value realization through capture of requirements and feedbacks from Market IT, aiming to improve value from projects delivered;
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to capture business needs and priorities;
- Tracking KPIs adoption;
- Accurately use key data and metrics to support portfolio management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Project & Portfolio Management;
- Knowledge of digital technologies and products supporting projects (MS Project, SharePoint and Power BI is an advantage);
- Knowledge of P2P process (e.g. procurement, invoicing, budgeting and payment);
- Experience building business cases including cost-benefit analysis;
- English and Portuguese required, Spanish is an advantage;
- Complete higher education.
