**YOUR ROLE**:
In this role, you will:

- Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for national and international clients across diverse industries;
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and sustainable architectures;
- Define solution roadmaps, integration patterns, and data models, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives;
- Oversee and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to architectural standards;
- Conduct architecture and design reviews, provide technical leadership, and resolve complex solution challenges;
- Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap and emerging technologies, proactively recommending innovations to clients and internal teams;
- Mentor and coach developers, consultants, and junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement;
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution envisioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service), including significant experience in solution architecture, design, and delivery;
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations for large-scale clients;
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 / Dataverse architecture, customization, and integration best practices;
- Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages); experience with Copilot Studio is a plus;
- Solid understanding of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and their integration with Dynamics 365 is a plus;
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment strategies;
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or equivalent) is highly desirable;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a focus on solution delivery and stakeholder management;
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
