Position Summary
- Technical project and technology management of Samsung Brazil teams.
- Forecast technology roadmap in Mid/Long term, Organize headcount and costs of projects as well as executes project management and all related process using the appropriated tools/systems.
- Achieves profit maximization by managing development task goals (schedule, cost, quality, etc.).
- Establishes development standards and improves processes to support efficient task progression.
- Analyzes objective status through various indicators and identifies improvement items to promote development efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities
- Assure that projects goals (scope, schedule, cost and quality) are constantly monitored in order to guarantee the deliverables and the project success.
- Follow-up, revise and maintain detailed project plans.
- Support all stakeholders and sub-projects teams. Provide updated status to all stakeholders through regular meetings and reports.
- Prepare and deliver the changes requests and follows the standard control process.
- Foster the development and extension of new services, features and products.
- Foster the cooperation and synergy between different knowledge areas and teams.
- [Task management] Plan to establish a project development plan and decide overall management tasks to align with development goals and schedule.
- [Process management] Examine whether it is appropriate to add or change a development process and analyze system implementation and operation methodologies.
- [Quality management] Analyze development issues and market VOC (Voice of Customer), establish a response plan and write a report on quality status.
- [Operational support] Establish standards for management tasks and plan to analyze the current status by using various indices and plan for items to be improved.

Skills and Qualifications
- Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
- Typical entry point for university graduates
