Main responsibilities:

- **Disciplinary management of the technical project managers**
- **Technical leadership of the global R&D team for the development of ADAS solutions**
- **Responsibility for system and component development of innovative active safety functions (system design, specification, development, integration and testing) taking functional safety into account according to ISO 26262**
- **Coordination of system behavior and functional requirements with internal and external project partners**
- **Monitoring compliance with project specifications for system development (dates, milestones, quality)**
- **Driving the change and error management**
- **Creation of development documentation according to Automotive SPICE**
- **Coordination, support and control of internal and external development partners as well as other services in the product development process**
- **Identification and development of the potential of the team and individual team members**
- **Hiring new employees, responsibility for the targeted training and further development of employees**
