**Your role**
- organize logistics for Brazil based events (catering, transportation, etc.);
- prepare client invitations following UBS and UBS BB marketing & compliance' standards & guidelines
- update UBS systems with client’s attendance at our events;
- help to get corporates’ contacts and update CA Corporate Database;
- compliance approvals and controls;
- daily & monthly reports;
- contact with vendors for logistics and payments.

**Your team**
- You will be working within Content & Advisory Sales team based in São Paulo, Brazil. We are dedicated to employee development, with many of our senior executives having joined our team directly as new Analysts out of college or interns.

**Your expertise**
- students of Business Administration, International Relations or Marketing with graduation date by dec/25;
- solid skills in Microsoft Office - specially in Excel and Power Point;
- advanced English skills;
- good communication skills - verbal and writing.
