We invite an HR Manager to join our team We drive improvements in work processes and social benefits, enhancing team motivation and helping team members to build productive relationships, thus creating the most comfortable environment for their emotional and social well-being. Our HR Managers are the guardians of the company's mission and goals, carrying out the full cycle of HR processes from a newcomers' first day until their last day with the company.
- The position involves lots of communication, which gives you a chance to grow your skills and meet many interesting people
- You'll get through well-developed and supportive adaptation process with our team and interactive adaptation program

**Is that you?**
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources Management (preferable in People Partner role)
- Theoretical knowledge in HR field
- Understanding of team (group) dynamics
- Highly developed listening, communication and negotiation skills
- Problem solving through analysis
- Experience in meetings' facilitation
- Stress-resistance
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Upper Intermediate English

**Key responsibilities and your contribution to Dev.Pro**
- Support HR-related processes within the company, consult contractors and managers
- Run regular 1:1 meetings with team members
- Participate in performance review meetings
- Process onboarding, adaptation and terminations of contractors
