**Position overview**:
The Graphics Support wiil support graphics coordination team by servicing archive, guided by principles of color management, design master standard distribution following the graphics process, working and communicating with key stakeholders within the business such as operations, ink suppliers and plants. This role will be responsible to ensure a clear and precise work stream which will deliver complete and precise material packages to our plants in order to ensure the designs will be ran at the desirable speed for the dry offset process which ultimately come back to delivering on the annual operating plan.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Quality Check - comparing proposed design master standards from plants against original targets
- Quality Check - comparing rollouts against pantone reference
- Maintaining original targets in physical archive
- Sending standards to clients for approval
- Coordinating of DMS rejections-approvals
- Archiving physical DMS and maintaining system
- Distributing DMS to plants for production
- Maintaining design records in eSMArt (bespoke artwork management system)

**What are we looking for?**
- University degree
- Design Qualification
- Administration Management
- Graphic and excel knowledge
- Use of IT systems (workflow based)
- Fluent English
