**Manager - Field Services (AMERICAS)**

**Purpose of the Position**

Manager - Field Services (AMERICAS) is expected to maintain open communication across all areas of the business and work with consistency while delivering and maintaining services; cognizant of fostering the vision and values of AVASO. Manager -Field Services (AMERICAS) will oversee field engineers’ placement and establish administrative practices during project life cycle i.e. project start, operational & delivery needs of projects during project implementation (including conducting operational performance reviews of field engineers), and projects closing. The Manager will identify and propose improvements of project support systems, processes, and procedures.

Manager - Field Services is the key player to organize and optimize company’s field strategy in managing area specific field service delivery, operations, ensuring the team has the skills, resources, and support to successfully execute its strategy

**Position Description**

Manager - Field Services will drive a diverse team of filed engineers that deliver best IT Infra services to businesses, in a demanding, fast-paced, environment and responsible to manage technical scope, delivering operational compliance, monitoring service delivery, leading and executing corporate initiatives, scaling team performance, responding to customer escalations, and managing the internal team & stakeholder for optimal support toward the business

**Key Responsibilities**

**Service Delivery & Operational Excellence**
- Manage a team of field engineers with responsibility to provide in time client support
- Monitoring, Incident and Change management in a 24/7 environment
- Schedule and prioritize tickets of the field engineers within an assigned area
- Manage cross-functional team engagement, requests and service delivery schedules, operations and learning platforms

Proactively manages the day-to-day relationship with Field Engineers, cross functional teams and client(s)/client representatives to ensure SLAs are met with due diligence

**Salary**: From R$5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- São Paulo, SP: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
