**We are searching the best talent for Finance Specialist to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil - CDMX, Mexico - Bogotá, Colombia - Santiago de Chile, Chile - Buenos Aires, Argentina**

**Purpose**:The LATAM E&PS Facilities Finance Lead will provide strategic financial leadership to the LATAM Facilities Management Leadership team, inclusive of providing support to the facility site leads and regional leadership, including analysis and monitoring of regional spend commitments, partnership with external service providers, support of contract negotiations and performing financial analysis of strategic projects and initiatives within region. He/She will partner with site leads, external suppliers, and local finance (Regional Finance Managers/Director’s, Regional CFO’s) to develop annual operating budgets with an insight to key drivers and strategic initiatives impacting facility site spend to support annual Business Planning and forecast submissions. He/She will play a key role for the E&PS finance organization (support of project SigniFi) to continue to advance regional/global reporting capabilities to improve the transparency of facilities site spend to empower E&PS leadership to make strategic trade-offs through earlier visibility to financial performance.

The role requires a high level of independence, strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to perform analysis with limited supervision, and the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders (Supply Chain/Commercial finance teams, Business Operations, Procurement, Facilities Management, E&PS leadership).

The ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks will be critical for success in this role.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensure there is compliance and financial controls in place in regards to P&L and contractual Finance
- Lead annual business planning and actuals reporting activities
- Identify and influence ongoing Risks & Opportunities to the business
- Have solid understanding of Strategic Partner (CBRE) contract and strategy
- Partner closely with stakeholders in LATAM Sr Finance leadership: Brazil Finance Ops
- Work in processes improvements and simplification of the financial model in LATAM

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements**:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- A MBA, CPA, CMA and/or other financial certification is preferred
- A minimum of five years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required
- Good technical skills in accounting and finance are required
- Strong understanding of cash flows and project analysis tools is required
- Experience in facilities management and/or real estate market is preferred
- Strong proficiency on MS Office is required
- The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required
- The individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required
- This role may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel
