**A Hybrid working model**

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. **What does a Finance Specialist do at Hogarth?**

The Financial Analyst will play a vital role in the successful running of the Finance team by providing knowledge of development of annual budget and forecasts in a quarterly basis, following the group deadlines. They will be a master of analysing and explaining key movements and trends in P&L lines vs prior estimate, plans and previous year and preparation of various reports (. They will ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial aspects and expectations with the Group Finance Manager managed. They will be an expert representing finance in all aspects, from budgeting to reporting. They will provide impeccable professional delivery in their role and build strong relationships, whilst developing financial analysis reports. Also, strong reporting knowledge and analysis ability.

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

The Finance Specialist at Hogarth will be responsible for the Brazil's billings, payments, financial reports, pricing, and work closely with and support the business.

**Requirements**:
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Knowledge of development of annual budget and Forecasts in a quarterly basis, following the group deadlines.
- Analysing and explaining key movements and trends in P&L lines vs prior estimate, plans and previous year.
- Preparation of various Reports ( SOX Packages - P&L / BS / Revenue analysis ( Accrued and Deferred, others.
- Conduct regular meetings to update the budget and financial plans.
- Provide information to the Group Finance Manager by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations.
- Develop financial analysis reports. Also, strong reporting knowledge and analysis ability (Profitability / Costs / expenses)

**Technical Skills**
- English: Advanced
- Microsoft Office Package: Advanced.
- PowerBI: Advanced.
- Degree course complete.
- Knowledge of FP&A, Reporting, ERP, Finance and accounting Sox and Internal Audit Risk.
- Strong experience in the financial area and team management.
- Graduation Degree.
