**Descrição do Cargo**

The JC Sense Gas Seals Technical Leader is internal and customer technical support, organization of site assessments and onsite risk management, internal cross departmental liaison, stock ordering and control of external third parties, process improvements and control of procedures, commercially aware and actively support of commercial requirements and active project management. As part of the JC Sense team the incumbent will support the company drive to expand our portfolio of Services & Products in the Turbomachinery market in accordance with the corporate objectives, strategy and plans.

**Deveres e Responsabilidades**
- Hold technical discussions with the customers, describe what Sense can give them in terms of condition monitoring and diagnostics for gas seals
- Provide inputs to site inspections and review results.
- Participate in hazardous area risk reviews with customers
- Assist Digital Team with technical proposal for customers
- Liaise with the regional sales managers and digital business development manager to coordinate turnaround schedules and activities, get all necessary customer specs, spares, etc.
- Support hand-off of site installation and data monitoring to Digital Team of reliability engineers
- Technical support to design, manufacture, supply (sensors, cable bundles ), installation of Sense solution.
- Identify and enact opportunities to streamline Sense processes into existing John Crane processes
- Coordinate commercialization efforts of Sense product
- Ensure projects are executed on time, to quality (HSE) standards and customer expectations
- Understand and report upon the commercial opportunities of each customer site visited
- The role will include travel, sometimes to remote areas both onshore and offshore and outside the region if required

**O Indivíduo**

3+ years JC Turbomachinery rotating equipment or gas seal industry relevant experience

Direct experience/knowledge of Turbomachinery equipment and its associated components Gas Seals and Systems

Field installation experience on Gas Seals

Extensive project management background

Familiar with JC systems and processes (purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, and test)

Electrical, instrumentation, and network installation and experience preferred

Advanced English

Advanced Spanish
