The Quality team is a cornerstone of Novonesis’s mission to deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant food and feed products. By providing support throughout the entire production process, the team ensures that every phase aligns with Novonesis’s rigorous standards for quality and safety. This holistic approach directly contributes to customer satisfaction and reinforces trust in the company’s products.

Collaboration and teamwork are essential to the success of the Quality team. We foster an environment of shared responsibility, prioritizing open communication and collective problem-solving. This approach ensures that challenges are effectively addressed and that all team members remain aligned toward achieving common goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing customer questionnaires;
- Support customer complaint handling, challenge (and approve) root cause analysis and preventive actions.
- Assist in identifying preventive actions and improvement opportunities by analyzing incidents, complaints, audits, corrective actions trends in corrective actions.
- Perform training in quality, corrective and preventive actions system
- Address customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and experience within Food / feed safety management and HACCP analysis;
- Knowledge of food safety standards as FAMI-QS, and /or FSSC 22000, also quality standards as ISO 9001.
- B.S. with 2 years industry related experience in Quality specific programs
- English - advanced
- Spanish - desirable
