**About Area**:
Your mission as a Growth Intelligence Analyst will be to provide insights and support (i) the supply planning process, as well as (ii) performance monitoring and (iii) the development of levers with the objective of accelerating the growth of Listing volume.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support short and medium-term supply planning from both tactical and strategic perspectives;
- Conduct diagnostics to recommend growth levers and CAC reduction;
- Analyze the main KPIs’ performance in volume and efficiency—in business, city, channel, and campaign granularities—to ensure goals achievements;
- Present improvement opportunities throughout the conversion funnel to key stakeholders (marketing, product, and operations);
- Develop frameworks/analyses to support the decision-making process within Growth;
- Collect and analyze internal and external data to monitor market and competitors’ performance;
- Own growth funnel characteristics to support stakeholders and leadership doubts;
- Support short-term and mid-term strategy planning for growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Highly structured thinking: can break down very complex problems into manageable, less complex pieces and work on them;
- Self-organized person that can drive their own workstreams;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to drive insights from data;
- Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences and influence others;
- Deal with a high amount of data (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.) (mandatory);
- Business vision (participation in action plan discussions, initiatives).
