The Energy Storage Sales Manager is responsible for initiating customer engagement, developing sales plan and opportunity pipeline in the assigned territory and executing such to achieve annual targets.

Establishes professional relationships with customers and effectively manages those accounts in the sales territory and identifies leads and is accountable for closing the sales cycle, contracts, and revenue recognition.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Develop a deep understanding of the Stationary Storage technology portfolio
- Understand market drivers, customer’s energy storage plans and requirements
- Develop Account / Location Sales Plans and Targets
- Develop Opportunity Assessment and Engagement Plan
- Identify and Capture Leads, Qualify Leads as Opportunities
- Prioritize Opportunities, Review and Validate Opportunity Pipeline
- Develop Opportunity & Proposal Strategy
- Prepare and Negotiate Sales Quotes
- Monitor Sales Results Versus Sales Target
- Validate customer requirements, market drivers and be up to date with macro and market intelligence trends, including competition Intelligence, share and positioning, supported by Marketing
- Ensure that completed systems conform to all specifications, codes, standards, and customer requirements, working in close cooperation with Energy Storage project and engineering teams.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Strong experience with the working market in the commercial area
- Relevant experience in the energy, renewables, and/or battery storage market in engineering, technology, or sales roles.
- Has the ability to interact in a multicultural environment and work under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted, long-lasting relationships with customers is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (electrical preferred but not essential)
- Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems, Power Generation, Solar PV, and/or Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) for High Voltage Systems
- Experience in new product and technology introduction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Organizational competencies and project management skills to work with projects, processes, and multi-functional teams
- Self-motivated, ability to multitask, and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
- Contract management, negotiation skills and experience in resolving disagreements and distilling complicated topics to a broader audience.
- Ability to review contracts and technical requirements
- Awareness of the industry or regulatory codes and standards for BESS and electrical systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, ( English, Spanish is an advantage)
- Willing and able to travel, domestically and internationally.
