We are searching the best talent for **Sr Medical Manager - Rheuma** to be in Brazil, Sao Paulo.

**Job Description Sumary**

The Medical Affairs Sr Manager lead development medical plans, partnering with the leadership team across functions to define, establish and execute a coherent local strategic plan that addresses patient needs, also lead and empower immuno medical team; create a dynamic for innovation and successful implementation of the medical activities in alignment with the strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner and collaborate with market access to show medical value of approved products relevant to local external stakeholders (payers, HCPs, agencies); this may include developing and executing phase IV studies, registries, etc. for rheumatology.
- Work closely with cross functional colleagues including commercial teams to create and drive medical product tactics that can enhance patient well-being and that deliver value to both patients and their healthcare teams.
- Provide medical affairs strategic input and support for late stage development/ near launchtherapies.
- Provide advice to Global Clinical Operations on early phase trials in the AD pipeline, phase IV activities and support IISs where appropriate. Collaborate closely with the local Country Clinical
- Lead on any issues relating to site selection and communication for Rheuma programs Develop and manage budgets for medical activities for Rheuma and provide input into the budgeting and planning process
- Facilitate sharing of best practices and knowledge across products and locations Support regulatory strategies for product specific activities
- External liaison Build high value-added continuous medical educational programs in Rheuma for external stakeholders
- Coordinate medical review of country-specific Rheuma promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy when needed and clearly express rationale for any objection and sign-off before release Internal liaison
- Provide medical perspective and knowledge to other teams within the CVT and at regional / global level
- Ensure sound medical judgments Identify lifecycle extension opportunities for products based on patient needs Create a climate in which self-motivated individuals will aspire to higher levels of performance
- Ensure exchange of medical information with other functions as appropriate for medical affairs and behave as a role model

**Qualifications** Education and/or Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare (Medicine with completed medical residency

Post-Graduation is a differential
