Senior Ui/ux Designer with Infographic Expertise Ruby Labs

**About the role**:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will create user-centric, visually appealing web interfaces that enhance the user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver designs that are both functional and visually engaging. Your expertise in creating infographics will also play a key role in presenting complex data in an easy-to-understand and visually compelling way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design user-friendly, visually appealing web interfaces optimized for both mobile and desktop.
- Work with product and development teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop clear, engaging infographics to convey complex data and information in an easily digestible format.
- Ensure that designs are responsive and provide a seamless experience across all screen sizes.
- Work on web quizzes, web paywalls, and web funnels, with a focus on optimizing user flows and conversions.
- Work on new products from scratch, contributing to the design and development of innovative, user-centered solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure designs align with project objectives and user needs.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices, particularly for web2web businesses.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web-based projects.
- Proficiency in designing and creating compelling infographics for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping.
- Ability to create designs that are both functional and visually engaging across different screen sizes and devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working on successful web-based products, particularly for web2web businesses.
- A passion for designing interfaces that deliver great user experiences and drive business growth.
