**Position overview**:
The role has considerable scope to make a difference at Ball by bringing improvements in business systems, processes and analytics. The output from this role underpins key decision making in priority Operational initiatives and will be the focal point for BOE execution reporting.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Maintain and update BOE assessment progress at a Regional level (EMEA)
- Maintain and update results dashboard with latest data to a monthly cycle
- Work with Plants to improve data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Analyze data to define opportunities from historical trends
- Create benchmarking reports for better practice sharing
- Accurately share outputs with wider business
- Assist Manufacturing Excellence team, on an ad-hoc basis as required
- Critical project support
- Data analysis by cost category

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in complex data analysis in a FMCG business
- University Degree in IT/Logistics/Engineering/Operations - preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Data structuring, manipulating, managing, integrating, analyzing and presenting data; data analytics with the confidence to challenge and enhance systems and processes
- MRP/ERP system and processes
- Financial statements
