We’re looking for the **Quality Operations Specialist** to join us in this super ambitious mission.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to meet Marketing Product Team’s objectives.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures and processes for all local operations in different countries.
- Conduct regular tests and checks to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in global and local teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide the global leadership team with insights.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability/ownership.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization and high-quality standards.
- Lead investigations and root cause analysis for quality-related issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs for local teams to enhance quality awareness and skills across Marketing Product operations.
- Stay current with market best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in quality management processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in quality management, quality control, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects in a multicultural background.
- Influence operational teams locally and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
