**About the Job**

As a Technology and Project Management Intern at Dadosfera, you will provide essential support in managing and organizing the daily activities and projects under the CTO's supervision. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the CTO’s schedule runs smoothly, Jira project management remains up-to-date, and that all communication with internal and external stakeholders is aligned.

**Responsibilities**
- Directly support the CTO in managing project activities, organizing tasks, and facilitating communication across teams.
- Keep Jira updated to track task progress and project milestones.
- Manage the CTO’s schedule, ensuring commitments are organized for effective time management.
- Draft and review meeting minutes, tracking action items to keep teams aligned.
- Aid in coordinating team activities, tracking timelines, resources, and project priorities.
- Prepare and monitor KPI reports for the Technology department, analyzing metrics to support decision-making.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in project management, technology, or a related field.
- Interest in project management with an ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Jira and a willingness to learn agile methodologies.
- Clear communication and writing skills for detailed meeting documentation.
- Proactive and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with time management.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and interest in technology.
- Experience with task management tools and project scheduling.
