**About us**:
We are a young and innovative company looking for a motivated, self-manageable, and hands-on contractor to collaborate alongside our marketing team and contribute to the brand's growth. We have a house located in Barra da Tijuca, is a space where influencers gather to create amazing content, participate in engaging activities, and strengthen brands through memorable events.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Schedule Management**: Creation and management of detailed schedules to ensure the flawless execution of all activities and dynamics during the event.
- ** Supplier Relationships**: Negotiation and coordination with suppliers to ensure all event elements are in order, including food, decoration, and entertainment.
- ** Influencer Management**: Maintenance of good relationships with influencers, ensuring they follow the exclusivity guidelines for Aposta1 promotions and actively participate in the dynamics.
- ** Partnership Management**: Identification and management of strategic partnerships that can add value to the event and the brand.
- ** Influencer Results Reports**: Compilation and analysis of data post-event to generate detailed reports on the impact and results achieved by the influencers.
- ** Pre and Post-Event**: Planning of all aspects of the event before its execution and management of post-event activities, including feedback and result evaluation.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Residence in Rio de Janeiro**: Must be able to provide the service in the city of Rio de Janeiro to facilitate logistics and continuous presence at events.
- ** Event Production Experience**: Proven past services in the production and management of **large-scale events**, preferably involving **influencers** and **high-visibility brands**.
- ** Communication and Negotiation Skills**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with influencers, partners, and suppliers.
- ** Organization and Time Management**: Highly organized company and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring everything happens within established deadlines.
- ** Data Analysis**: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate reports on influencer performance and event impact.
