The Boeing Company is currently seeking a **Senior Advisor, Government Affairs Latin America **to join the team working out of the Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil reporting to the President of Latin America and Caribbean and VP of Global Policy.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic insight, briefing material, relevant industry data, policy updates, and related material to support the Boeing International President for Latin America & Caribbean, and other senior executive leaders as needed.
- Enhance company visibility by representing the company at public events including industry forums, association events, etc., Deliver presentations/remarks on behalf the company when appropriate. Coordinate with internal collaborators to develop presentation material.
- Proactively drive innovative programs and partnerships that build value for the Business Units, including Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Boeing Defense (BDS), and Boeing Global Services (BGS).
- Develop and implements collaborator engagement strategy with external entities (e.g., government organizations, customers, coalitions, business associations, unions); build an active networking for gathering/sharing information and identifying areas of mutual interest, cultivate collaboration and strengthen the company’s position through a joint sphere of influence.
- Creates reports (e.g. policy news/analysis, etc.) and administrative documentation (e.g., personal expense reports, etc.) as required by relevant laws, regulations and Boeing policy.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish highly desirable.
- Roughly 50% travel will be necessary.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Senior level experience in Government Relations/Diplomacy, Public Affairs and/or Issue Advocacy
- Senior level experience with collaborator engagement, building coalitions and strategic alliances
- Proficient in the English language, both verbally and written
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree or higher
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:
- Experience in communication and presenting strategies at executive levels
- Experience using critical business insight in order to influence and shape strategy
- Experience as a Company Representative/Advocate
**Typical Education & Experience:
**Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).
