**The Opportunity**:
As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and shape the future of CRE. If you’re passionate about marketing, eager to make an impact, and ready to contribute to an industry-leading company, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and conversions.
- Optimize content across our website and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to continuously improve results.
- Manage SEO reporting and provide recommendations to enhance website performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to improve website design, product visibility, and KPIs.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep us innovative and competitive.
- Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Forecast future sales and performance trends based on data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A self-starter who thrives in independent work but can also collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and a “can-do” attitude.
- High integrity and trustworthiness in all professional dealings.
