**JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with business analysts, product owners and others to understand the business requirements
- Carry out detail technical designing of software solutions
- Estimate effort and resource requirements for software projects
- Implementation of technical design including coding
- Ensure engineering principles and related processes are adhered to
- Mentoring junior members by Identifying possible knowledge and skill gaps and guiding them to bridge those
- Readiness to take over delivery ownership
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the best practices are followed

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Core competency.Net/ ASP.NET MVC/ C#/ Azure/ Entity Framework/ MS SQL Server/ React/ JavaScript
- Working experience with HTML, Bootstrap and CSS
- Sound knowledge and experience in Azure Cloud services (App services, Functions, API management, Service Bus, Cosmos DB,etc.)
- Understanding on Application Security, Identity & Access Management, oAuth & SSO
- Working experience with Azure DevOps and understanding about the DevOps concepts
- Experience with Knockout.js and API development will be an added advantage

**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 4 years of software development experience with exposure to cloud computing and front-end development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Thorough knowledge in software engineering
- Skills in object-oriented programing, design patterns and etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**General Responsibilities**

**Flexibility**: The post holder may be required to work at any of the Mitra sites in line with service & operational needs. The post holder may be required to undertake such other duties temporarily, or on a continuing basis as may be required commensurate with this role. This may include periods of time working on client premises and / or internationally.
