**About the role**:
**What you do?**
- Using your paid media knowledge you will work to deliver highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
- You'll effectively track and optimise campaigns.
- You'll develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes.
- You'll actively contribute to developing the Paid Media best-practice roadmap so that our offering is continually developing.
- You will act as a point of escalation for client teams, working to ensure that work is delivered to standard and on time.
- You'll lead and mentor others across the team helping to grow capability and knowledge.

**Who you are?**
- Strong Paid Media delivery knowledge
- Demonstrable success in optimising paid media campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development.
- A good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
- Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.

**Sobre a posição**
Como **Especialista em paid media**, você será responsável por planejar, coordenar e garantir a entrega de campanhas para nossos clientes.

Definirá objetivos claros, acompanhará resultados e medirá o impacto das ações, sempre alinhado(a) às metas da campanha e aos KPIs do cliente. Também será responsável por gerenciar a carga de trabalho da equipe, assegurando entregas de qualidade dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.

Além disso, terá espaço para propor ideias inovadoras, aplicar nossa abordagem de **_test & learn_** e compartilhar aprendizados e cases de sucesso com todo o time.

**Suas responsabilidades**
- Planejar e executar campanhas de** paid media** de alta performance, dentro do orçamento e no prazo.
- Monitorar e otimizar continuamente as campanhas para maximizar resultados.
- Seguir e aprimorar processos e diretrizes internas.
- Contribuir para o desenvolvimento do nosso _roadmap_ de melhores práticas em** paid media**.
- Liderar e orientar colegas, promovendo o crescimento técnico e estratégico do time.
