**This is a remote position, if you don't live in the defined location that's not an issue.**

You will also develop practical materials and resources in different types of educational content to support the learning and growth of Rock University students. Rock University is a global platform for the education and development of Rock’s customers, our employees, and marketers around the globe.

**Your Impact**:

- Research, develop, create and present educational content and material for Rock University audiences, as well as organize material for distribution and usage in a multitude of channels and formats.
- LMS management: Creating new courses on the platform, updating landing pages of courses and live training, updating user data, also providing ticket supports for user questions.
- Understand the learning journey of Rock University students and produce educational content in different formats including live sessions, learning paths, certifications, support materials, etc.
Self-manage time and priorities, to align with key training and webinar dates, deadlines, milestones, and tasks.
- Maintain project and task pipeline and monitor individual monthly and quarterly goals, as well as analyze results from your delivered content, and bring insights for development.

**What we're looking for**:

- 2+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, client service, or training/education role.
- Advanced to fluent English skills
- Graduation in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields;
- Certification in Inbound Marketing and Content Marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Slides, Powerpoint, Keynote, and Video or Live meeting platforms.
- Demonstrates analytical skills and data-based approach. Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar programs.
- Intermediate skills in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing.
