Job Description SummaryThe Training Operations Specialist owns a segment of the customer technical training portfolio focused on Life Care Solutions which include anesthesia & respiratory care, diagnostic cardiology, and maternal infant care technical service training and may include Diagnostic Imaging modalities, as well.This role is responsible for aligning training entitlements to specific course offerings meeting customer training needs.
The role is expected to work across an extended team which includes US and Canada Sales, Service, Finance, Student Services and GE Healthcare's College of Life Care Solutions.This role is remote.GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator.

Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesThe Training Operations Specialist supplies critical support to the clinical applications organization (Imaging, PCS and Ultrasound) and the USCAN technical training organization with rigor related to standard process and tools.This individual is responsible for acting as a subject matter expert in their area(s) of ownership, enabling the training organizations to focus on the customers and team.As an integral member of the Training Operations team, this individual is expected to demonstrate safety-first mindset with attention to compliant execution, maintaining applicable processes as part of the Quality Management System and EHS policies and procedures in addition to driving a culture of belonging, inclusiveness, and people development, directly and indirectly, throughout the clinical applications (Imaging, PCS and Ultrasound) and the USCAN technical training organizations.Essential ResponsibilitiesDaily execution of specialized expertise and depth of technical knowledge in operations.Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.Interpretation of procedures to resolving problems, with mindfulness to how each step and team member contribute to the overall operational execution.Ability to independently solve problems with significant degree of complexity.Maintain and respond with urgency to all incoming requests of applications operations for field assistance including, but not limited to, application tool support, quoting, availability of training days, and relevant metrics and data.Drive improvements in customer experience through efficient and effective operations and customer communications processes.Support onboarding and offboarding of applications resources, including access and assets, and maintenance of overall clinical applications team reference.Enable daily operations of applications and technical training organizations, readily catching and owning tasks that prevent focus on the customer and clinical applications specialists, including scheduling of resources, extension of training expirations, cancellations, financial inquiries, and MCT (My Customer Training) guidance.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or local equivalent with minimum 2 years of Operations/Customer Service experience.Strong, demonstrated knowledge of current computer/office communications technologies with expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Saleforce, OneNote.Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic business environment with effective time management and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
