**Role objective**:
- Work closely with Business HRs & Business Leaders to transform their current and future needs into an actionable recruitment plan.
- Collaborate with process stakeholders to deliver the processes on time: with the Talent Acquisition team to build and manage the relevant pipelines and with back-Office Team to ensure a fast delivery of operational tasks.
**Missions**:
- Run governance with HR Director(s), Global HR Business Partner(s) & Business Leader(s): report progress and advise on TA strategies based on Talent Acquisition team inputs;
- Act as responsible for the execution of the recruitment plan and respect of the SBM processes and practices;
- Manage the Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) part of your team: cascade business priorities, mentor and advise them on recruitment strategies;
- Monitor KPIs for measuring the efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals;
- Attend regular business meetings with Hiring Managers to take the pulse of hiring urgencies.
- Work on potential Talent Acquisition related projects
**Profile**:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, including with practices related to talent attraction, identification and selection of technical profiles (engineering, etc.)
- A first experience as Team Leader/Manager
- Experience in international company(ies) is a must
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Behavioral skills: Stakeholders Engagement / Change Management / Creative thinking / Leadership / Customer service focus / Influencing / Negotiating / Interpersonal skills / Autonomy
