This is a full-time job, working remotely from anywhere in the world.

Working out the client base of the e-commerce department
Development of client segmentation of the e-commerce department and definition of the avatar of the target client.
Building processes and communications of the online store from scratch
planning, budgeting, analytics
team was formed (hiring, training, development and motivation)
Assignment, control and reporting
optimization of work, fulfillment of planned indicators, dynamics of growth
standards of brand recognition in the network developed and implemented

**work with marketplaces**: strategy development and implementation of Amazon, Shopify.
development and implementation of trade marketing activities, loyalty programs and sales promotion
creation of high-quality service

YOUR PROFILE
You have proven and successful experience as a Sales Executive;
You can create and execute a department development strategy ;
Hands-on skills in expanding the customer base;
Specializes in sales and genuinely loves B2C.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Fast learner, problem solving skills, proactive.
Well versed in customer relationship management.
Experience in B2C de-streaming, e-commerce wholesale sales.
High level of English is a must; proficiency in any other European language (e.g. Russian) is a plus.
Focused on long-term working relationships Practical knowledge of the US market
