Minimum qualifications:

- 10 years of experience in Strategy Development, Partnership Management, and Business Development.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and leading operational initiatives.
- Experience in technology sales, operations, management, or a similar industry.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in a boardroom environment.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, market dynamics, operational/go-to-market strategies, and business methods.
- Ability to work with C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to create and foster cross-functional networks and manage without authority.
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills.

**About the job**:
As Customer Office Lead, you will manage the coordination of customer engagements working with executive stakeholders across Google Cloud.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a comprehensive plan for executive leadership engagements, focused on strategic accounts.
- Maximize effectiveness in customer engagements by creating and managing planning processes with regional Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams.
- Consult, program manage, and facilitate executive briefing experiences for C-level and executive decision-makers through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and other teams.
- Lead the executive briefing experience including driving communications, developing agendas, identifying/preparing presenters, capturing customer insights and action items throughout the briefing, and delivering feedback to stakeholders.
