Marketing Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the State Marketing Manager in executing daily tasks and tracking projects.
- Organize and maintain schedules, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Represent the Marketing Manager in internal and external meetings when necessary.
- Manage internal communications for the marketing department, ensuring clarity and alignment of information.
- Track the progress of campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Make decisions and manage smaller projects under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations for the marketing team and executive leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree or specialization in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, in both Portuguese and English.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and project management.
- Proactivity and initiative in solving problems and improving processes.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Preferred: Previous experience in an internship or job in the marketing field.
