IT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT ANALYST (Nº DO VAGA: ITO001775)
**Descrição**:
The IT Portfolio Management team supports the CIO LATAM in structuring and managing Key Programs and Initiatives within Technology.

Scope of activities includes budget and headcount oversight, alignment with Global teams in a cluster perspective, governance structure and providing information to COO Office and ITO Q&E on IT Topics.

**Role / responsibilities**:
Coordinate IT Budget and Headcount planning & control for IT LATAM
- Has to follow the specific budget schedule through the year and provide monthly reports to CIO LATAM
- Validate mapping with Finance Brazil, Colombia and Argentina, on clarity vs finance pack
- Support on the cost allocation process
- Monthly review & validation with Local Procurement for consistency on external HC report
- Support on the hiring process for Latam FTEs
- Oversight of vendor management, invoicing, payments related to IT Finance

Provide support to IT Strategic Program management

Support on elaboration for CIO Management Committees
**Qualificações

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Strong organization skills
- MS Office - Strong knowledge in Excel and Power Point
- Experience with budget oversight
- Knowledge on IT Governance and Project Management
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across borders and cultures
- Ability to collaborate and facilitate teamwork across the Organization
- Knowledge of the BNP Paribas Group, Functions and Americas organizations is a plus
