**About the position**

You'll be part of the team that plans and executes functional tests, regression tests, automates tests during the CI and CD process, creates testing frameworks and helps teams evolve their code quality. Testing at Azion is taken very seriously and you will be expected to raise the bar, helping to report problems and evolve testing methodologies.

You need to be analytical, critical and pay close attention to detail to ensure the quality of deliveries. You must be able to liaise with developers, actively contributing to a collaborative approach focused on the best results for the area. You must understand that our systems are used in mission-critical environments and treat them as such. If you identify with these challenges, come and work with us

**Main challenges**
- Guide developers in writing manual and automated test plans;
- Development of automated quality assurance tools in complex testing environments;
- Implementation of quality steps in the development process;
- Extraction of software quality metrics to improve the process;
- Analysis, categorization and prioritization of software bugs;
- Improvement of development team performance through AI tools.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with quality analysis and software test planning;
- Experience with automated functional testing in Python or JavaScript;
- Experience with behavior testing (BDD) using Behavior (python)
- Knowledge of Web test automation tools (Cypress or Selenium);
- Intermediate knowledge of Linux;
- Knowledge of CI/CD workflows (GitHub, GitLab);

**Differentials**
- Knowledge of the HTTP protocol and web servers;
- Knowledge of software security assessment tools and techniques (SAST, DAST, IAST);
- Knowledge of test development in different layers (unit, integration, end-to-end);
- Knowledge of product software development;
- Operation of AI tools;
