Maintenance Electrician

**Eletricista de manutenção Com formação em Técnico em Eletrônica ou Mecatrônica.**

**Irá atuar na área de Utilidades e também dar suporte aos setores produtivos da fábrica.**
- Experiência na execução de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e configuração em instrumentos de medição, vazão, pressão, nível, temperatura, motores, painéis elétricos, pneumáticos, comando e lógicas de programação através da computação via CLP / Interfaces / IHM / Inversores e Soft-starter. Montagem de painel elétrico;
- Executar tarefas administrativas do setor de Utilidades (controles de consumo de água, energia, gás, geração de vapor);
- Operação de caldeira;
- Inspeções de rotina nos compressores, nas torres de resfriamento, casa de bombas e operação do reservatório de água;
- Capacidade de melhorar e modificar sistemas elétricos de máquinas e dispositivos em geral;
- Curso de NR 10;
- Habilidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e foco no cliente.

**Desejável**:

- Experiência em indústria alimentícia ou química.
- Operador de empilhadeira.
- Curso de operação de caldeira - NR13
- MS Office 365 ( Excel intermediário)

**Horário de trabalho**:regime 6x2

**You will spend your time**

As the Maintenance Mechanic 2nd Shift you will be responsible in performing preventative and scheduled maintenance throughout facility, focusing on those tasks that are best performed when the building is not fully occupied. You will perform room set-ups in preparation for the following day’s events. You will also be the eyes and ears of the Maintenance Supervisor and the Facility Manager regarding off-shift contractor operations to ensure they meet IFF standards and expectations.

**Required Skills**:

- Must be available from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Minimum five years’ experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an R&D or educational facility or chemical/food/pharmaceutical plant
- Must have the ability to work with mínimal supervision and handle unexpected situations.

**Required Experience**:

- Experience with Maintenance and Repair duties including the adjustment and alignment of all typesof pumps, fluid machinery, valves, pneumatic systems, steam systems, solid material processing and handling equipment, filling and packaging machinery.
- Experience with basic welding, shop machinery, and portable power tools.
- Trained in confined space entry, hot work, line breaking, LOTO, and lift truck operation
- NJ Boiler Operator’s License (Low Pressure), OSHA 10 and/or formal emergency response training is a plus
