As a **Medior Controlling Analyst** at Envalior, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of our financial analysis and controlling functions. **WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
**Procurement Activities (50%)**:

- Source and manage indirect spend categories.
- Ensure services comply with contractual agreements.
- Create and amend purchase orders (POs) in line with procurement policies.
- Validate PO sources and monitor order trends for discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards.
- Interpret contract clauses and ensure compliance.

**Controlling Activities (50%)**:

- Maintain and update the cost center hierarchy.
- Validate transfer pricing (TP) calculations.
- Define and manage cost center settlement rules.
- Perform standard cost calculations and prepare SG&A budgets.
- Support cash flow management and external audits.
- Act as a backup for controlling-related activities.

**Requirements**:
**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in controlling or procurement.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Analytical skills, understanding of cost structures, and experience with dashboards and reports.
- Proficient in financial modeling and using Excel for complex data analysis.
- Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
