**Main resposibilities**

Assist the sales team by providing the settlement and payments for contractual customer payments and promotional activities, ensure our internal controls are in line with Colgate's internal policies, control of customer rebates.

**Main activities**
- Creation, adjustment and reversal of rebates in SAP and Atlas
- Calculation and payment of customer contractual fees
- Control and follow-up of the aging of customer rebates, so that they have a quick solution
- Together with CBS Mexico, to create the credits of the GTN funds
- Payment of Gross to Net funds
- Fulfillment of schedule, review and execution of SOX controls
- Internal, external and customer audits
- Support to the sales team in GTN activities
- Monitoring and support in the renewal of customer contracts
- Monitoring and support in changes and upgrades of SAP and Atlas
- Calculation of bonuses for the team of Merchandising Supervisors and Professionals
- Calculation and formalization of customer objectives

**Basic Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Spanish (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite
- Knowledge of SAP system (LAP and BI mainly)
- Experience in working with global customers and customer rebates
- Previous experience in sales controlling
