**Job responsibilities**:
Our Client Services team is a part of our digital store solution, responding to inbound customer service and sales enquiries via phone and various online channels from our valued Clients.

As **CSC-Advisor**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, through showcasing unparalleled product knowledge and playing a key role in storytelling our iconic brand through our digital channels. You will dare to discover your clients and their every need, guiding them across the Louis Vuitton product universe.

You will establish yourself as an elevated and trusted personal advisor; proposing pieces from our latest collections to your clients, and providing solutions that enrich their experience through our online store environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients across all of our available channels
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist and provide solutions to clients with their purchases
- Contribute to a positive team dynamic and a luxurious online store environment
