Field Sales Management Manager II B5
O gerente regional executará programas de vendas definidos para atingir as metas regionais de vendas e financeiras. Este cargo se concentra na liderança eficaz dos associados de vendas em campo, na execução da estratégia e dos objetivos de vendas e no envolvimento das partes interessadas internas e externas no negócio.

O que estamos procurando?
Bacharelado em Negócios, Administração, Marketing ou Zootecnia.
Mais de 3 anos de experiência em vendas trabalhando com equipes multifuncionais líderes
Perspicácia nos negócios altamente desejável no setor veterinário
Experiência em Gestão de Pessoas em uma função de mentoria/coaching ou gerente de linha
É necessária disponibilidade para viajar 70% do tempo.
Fortes habilidades de comunicação.

Quais serão suas principais responsabilidades?
Atingir objetivos de crescimento de vendas rentáveis dentro da região atribuída pela liderança de gerentes de vendas distritais
Atingir a penetração do produto e objetivos de foco dentro da região atribuída
Implementar a estratégia e o processo de vendas da Royal Canin Veterinary na região atribuída
Treinar e desenvolver gerentes distritais para ajudá-los a construir seus negócios, alcançar objetivos de crescimento e KPIs
Desenvolver um ambiente de colaboração de equipes de alto desempenho através do engajamento de subordinados diretos, treinar e desenvolver a equipe para cumprir as responsabilidades atuais e prepará-los para o crescimento pessoal e profissional.
Participar de feiras, exposições e reuniões de empresas, conforme o necessário. Gerenciar despesas e orçamentos comerciais.
Tornar-se totalmente doutrinado e conhecedor da linha de produtos veterinários e processos de vendas para aplicar o conhecimento aos gerentes distritais e clínicas
