Learn more about it here. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are hiring a **Client Sales Sr. Account Manager - Strategic Accounts**to our **Client Sales** team in **São Paulo, Brazil**. We are looking for an experienced and target-driven sales professional with a demonstrable history of success generating substantial Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by selling into large enterprise level customers. You'll have a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, and will be used to closing large deals. You'll be an energetic new business developer with the ability and drive to generate your own sales pipeline, and will be a strong communicator, able to sell credibly and professionally at C-suite level in large enterprise organizations. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team in a market with continued sales momentum and work closely with the senior Sales Director and local Brazilian teams. **YOUR IMPACT**: - Identify and prospect new enterprise-level opportunities to drive revenue growth across all regions of Brazil (except São Paulo, South, and Rio de Janeiro); - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, with a focus on strategic accounts, actively participating in the entire sales cycle—including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing; - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers, serving as a trusted partner and advisor; - Plan and execute all stages of the sales journey, including personalized communication, participation in industry events and conferences, and nurturing key relationships within client organizations; - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Experience, Legal, Operations, User Growth Marketing, Partnerships) to develop and present tailored - solutions that address client needs and support company objectives; - Gather and provide market and client feedback to help shape product and service enhancements; - Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance metrics to company leadership. - Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
