**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**

The Tax Senior Tax Analyst has the following responsibilities and key tasks related to BW Energy’s (BWE) operation in Brazil:

- Calculate IRPJ, CSLL, PIS and Cofins.
- Calculate Tax Incentives.
- Calculate royalties.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation/calculation in cooperation with global tax team.
- Prepare and delivery the tax returns regarding IRPJ, CSLL, PIS and Cofins.
- Prepare the tax provision calculations, financial reporting of deferred tax and income tax reserves, tax account reconciliations, and variance analysis of tax accounts.
- Assist projects to implement tax strategies and/or documents and supporting the current tax position.
- Interface with stakeholders, especially Accounting and Finance Team.
- Prepare tax calculation records and ensure accuracy of tax returns.
- Develop and implement tax strategies, policies, and systems to support business plans.
- Prepare tax requirements and the documentation related to tax incentives.
- Attend the tax authorities and government agencies on tax assessments, tax audits and any relevant tax issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field.
- Tax experience in an accounting firm, major law firm, and in industry, preferably an Oil and Gas corporation.
- Knowledge in tax obligations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex tax requirements both in Portuguese and in English.
- Ability to understand and work with ERP systems.
- Fluent in oral and written Portuguese and English language.
