Controlling Analyst

The Profitability Analyst is responsible for evaluating the financial performance of various projects and translating business insights into actionable financial strategies. This role is essential in bridging the gap between business operations and financial analysis, ensuring that all projects align with the company's profitability goals.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Conduct comprehensive profitability analyses for ongoing and proposed projects, including cost assessments;
- Collaborate with project managers and business units to gather relevant data and insights for accurate financial analysis;
- Evaluate projects already implemented (PRT);
- Translate business strategies into financial implications, providing recommendations to drive profitability and optimize resource allocation;
- Prepare detailed reports on project performance, highlighting key financial metrics and trends;
- Work closely with PBI, R&D, Marketing, Sales and operations to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives;
- Act as a translator between finance and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance project outcomes; Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial analysis and reporting.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering;
- Advanced Excel;
- Analytical skills;
- Advanced English.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Knowledge in SAP;
- Knowledge in absorbtion cost method (should cost);
- Qlik Sense;
- PMO skills.
