The LATAM IT intern is responsible for the day-to-day controls of the IT budget and devices inventory in a Latin America perspective. One of the important responsibilities is improving the data quality to provide accuracy to the IT related information. This position also requires strong communication skills to prepare reports in a higher level, also to have a professional interaction with providers and other departments’ users.

IT support, IT Implementations, IT Security or IT programming are **not part of initial scope but can became**depending on the performance and common interests.

**IT BUDGET CONTROL**
- Follow the Global IT guidelines and Local Standards.
- Create a plan and follow it in order to guarantee the IT area payments punctually. Provide reports when required.
- Interact with Finance team for payments’ flow control.
- Interact with OPS/Procurement department for new IT purchases.

**IT INVENTORY**
- Follow the Global IT guidelines and Local Standards.
- Ensures an up-to-date and accurate IT asset inventory within Red Bull standards/tools.
- Management the parts or peripherals control, when they enter, leave or return from stock.
- Guarantee enough Stock Control in different countries, interact with Local IT Admins from other countries.
- Ensures an equipment purchase process in-line with standards (e.g. vendors, part number). Coordinates the RMA process for client computing and/or backend-hardware components.

**COMMUNICATION**
- Leverage the relationship with IT Providers including to negotiate discounts or deadlines.
- Ability for a cohesive and objective writing.
- Contribute and cooperate with the whole team, departments and providers.
