The Communications manager is responsible to execute and take care of day to day communications tools for BNP Paribas with focus both on external and internal audience. He/she will also be a people manager supervising and orientating daily activities of Communications analysts team.
As a member of Brand & Communications Global team, the Manager will work cross-functionally to help communicate BNP Paribas’s messages; devise specific communications materials and campaigns based on understanding of different stakeholder’s interests; engage our internal staff; develop print and web-based material supporting these campaigns; and counter misinformation that might interfere with our business and ability to serve our users and team, in a cross-funcionally aproach.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop written materials, brochures and guidelines with our messages;
- Deal and interact with external service providers, such as PR agency and Corporate Advertising agencies, providing feedbacks to assure a high quality standard;
- Organize the Town Hall editions;
- Interact with other individuals from Latam Communications team to help spread our communications messages;
- Organize external events related to BNP Paribas corporate image;
- Organize and support press trips;
- Coordinate the daily demands of Communications team, following up with other members of the staff, with BNPP team and other service providers;
- Provide orientation to communications analysts regarding the daily activities of BNP Paribas Brazil internal and external communications tasks.
- Work as a people manager, coordinating the work and activities of the analysts that will report to this manager.
- Acts as a Project Lead for all BNP Paribas events, in line with the global events guidelines and in compliance with financial and logístical rules and policies:

- Books the booth space, facilitates payments
- Works closely with the in-house Graphic Designer, responsible for tradeshows design
- Co-ordinates with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including booth builder, shipping agent, manufacturing, logistics, shipping, finance, product management, etc.
- Develop a comprehensive and innovative communications plan for each communications activities (including pre
- show campaign) with key messages, products to highlight; ensures availability of up-to-date presentations, brochures, videos and other materials as necessary
- Manages the booth and on-site marketing activities, develops wrap-up reports and analyses
- Communicates with the business teams; creates and manages events, provides hotel and other information
- Supports Marketing & Communications head and the marketing & communication team with other duties, including but not limited to management of the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, creation of Purchase Orders, payments to marketing vendors, ordering of products, etc.

Qualification:
- Bachellor degree;- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese;
