**O que buscamos?**

Implementar estatutos, políticas e governança dos processos de Qualidade de Software nas Tribos; Implementar disciplinas, metodologias, ferramentas e framework de automação de Qualidade de Software nas Tribos;
Garantir o uso adequado de ferramentas de Qualidade de Software;
Garantir que os requisitos são desenvolvidos com cobertura de testes automatizados para garantir a qualidade da aplicação;
Criar, manter e divulgar relatórios, consolidando KPIs de Qualidade de Software;
Garantir o uso de modelos de entrega de CI / CD e criação das pipelines de execução dos testes automatizados;
Compreender, implementar e atualizar a estratégia de teste ágil;
Desenvolver a cultura de Qualidade e de conhecimento compartilhado;
Interagir com demais Times e Tribos para identificar pontos de atenção e ações em comum que podem ser aplicadas de forma corporativa;
Gestão do time de qualidade;
Negociar, planejar e gerenciar as atividades do time; Sugerir melhorias nos processos;
**Requisitos Obrigatórios**:
Conhecimentos em Java, cucumber e Selenium/Appium;
- Experiência em frameworks ágeis (scrum, kanban, lean etc);
Experiência em ferramentas de controle de versão (principalmente Gitlab);
- Capacidade de se autogerenciar na execução de tarefas;
- Ser uma pessoa proativa,

criativa e entusiasmada com o que faz.

**Diferenciais**:Conhecimentos em integração de testes com Jenkins; Continuos Testing. - Experiência e conhecimento em Kanbanize (ou ferramentas similares)
