Perform Project control on the Major Projects, including cost control (actual vs budget), update of forecast at completion, monitor risk elements (upsides/downsides), issue client invoices, project cash forecast, prepare monthly Project Report;
- Participate in Project Review meetings, supporting operations management and ensuring financial decisions are justified and in line with best practices, as well as highlighting financial position and forecast costs at completion;
- Coordinate and manage the annual planning and monthly forecast processes and reporting for the business;
- Work with business leaders to review actual versus forecast/flash performance highlighting key variance drivers;
- Oversee monthly revenue / base margin month-to-date reporting, including month end close analysis
- Prepare ad-hoc data analysis and reports for operations management as needed;
- Act as main interface between Operations Management and Ledger Accountants for regional activity, including support in reporting upward to VP of Wellstream Processing;
- Support business development to review opportunities for financial structure as well as risk assessment generation;
- Ownership of key reporting including Current Month P&L Analysis, Full Year Forecast P&L Analysis, Monthly Flash Reporting, Working Capital Rollforward and Forecast, POC Project Analysis and other key report development;
- Troubleshoot abnormalities in cost reporting data and liaise with other disciplines as necessary;
- Review balance sheet and P&L accounts and provide detailed variance explanations related to project accounting;
- Lead efforts to capture improvements to working capital and cash flow position;
- All other duties as assigned;
Competencies:

- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting / Finance preferred);
- Proven experience in project finance or equivalent;
- Strong Excel Skills;
- Experience with Hyperion & Smartview is desirable;
- Oracle, JDEdwards and Movex experience is desirable;
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Ability to analyze financial statements and identify variances and their underlying drivers;
- Skilled in identifying trends and drawing conclusions from large amounts of data;
- Ability to work in a team setting to meet deadlines and goals.
