Amazon LATAM team is seeking for a Program Manager based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to participate in projects with high visibility across many different Amazon teams. This person will be responsible for analyzing systemic friction for Amazon selling partners and reflecting Amazon policies and standards. They will work closely with the LatAm SX team to improve existing processes related to SP enforcements, and will work autonomously to increase enforcement transparency and accuracy. They will also partner with other marketplaces to find regional synergies and best practices, being a voice to define program and product priorities for LATAM. Core responsibilities: - Guarantee accuracy of policy enforcements - Incorporate internal and external benchmarking information - Create a self-service structure for selling partners, reducing the need for business intervention
- 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
