**Job Description Summary**: The Patient Care Solutions LATAM GM will be a member of the LATAM leadership team.
(S)he, is responsible for development and implementation of the PCS segment strategy for market share gain & profitable franchise growth, driving Orders, SM and value creation product strategy in Latin America region. This role will be partnering with the Commercial leaders, Product leaders, & LCT leaders to drive customer satisfaction and business profitable growth.
(S)he will work closely with Region General Management, Zone Executive account managers, Commercial, Marketing, Financing and GEHC International Segment Teams. (S)he will have a clear understanding, medtech business with preference on clinical pathways (emergency, surgical &critical care) and will build strong relationships with key customers at the strategic level & clinical decision level

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Enable customer success through innovation & efficiency through transformation programs, focused on patient safety & user experience, enabled by digital technology adoption, clinical differentiation & workflow optimization
- Lead, coach and support a team of talented people to achieve at the very maximum of their capability
- Engage early with key stakeholders in large scale public and private operators in large scale modernization program planning & design
- Act as a senior advisor and coach at different levels in key customer organizations. Help the customer to scope the nature of specific problems they are facing, and architect relevant solution approaches leveraging the PCS & HCS portfolio as required (Enterprise Solutions approach)
- Regionalize product positioning within Latam sub regions by executing price strategy adapted in LATAM in and in accordance with Segment profitability strategy in International
- Guarantee OPI targets achievement.
- Develop product competition analysis, market/competition dynamics and be prepared to engage in a deep dive discussion about main drivers and/or aggressors impacting pricing.
Execution of Value Creation and Care Area approach tailored to market needs in LATAM in partnership with Segment strategy in International
- Reinforce Product Mgnt capabilities by elevating LATAM Zone specialization at Product Segments, commercial team & channel partners
- Expand **Academic **partnerships including KOL & Societies (Anesthesia, Cardiology etc)
- Develop strategic **KOL management **programs (User meetings, Speaker engagements, congresses, knowledge exchange, white papers ) and expand engagement with reference sites to drive customer satisfaction and state of the art implementation of our clinical differentiation.
Accountable to achieve KOLs plan deliveries within the year, quarter and month..
- Develop clinical evidence white papers & strengthen clinical collaborations with key & strategic accounts.
- Perform the educational agenda defined by LATAM to sales channels: direct and indirect.
- Responsible to collect Latam market and competition insights to feedback International with sub region & subsegment particularities.
- MOR Latam preparation and participation: Deep dive into defined KPIs exploring main aggressors and/or contributors, PSR development, countermeasures proposals.
- Increase **mkt visibility **by systematic funnel mgmt (Q+1/2). Grow commercial intensity.
- Reinforce channel partner engagement & performance excellence
- Responsible to NPI readiness such as RA approvals, licenses, day of activation, sales force training, Apptus configurations and internal alignments.
- Ensure NPI Vitality targets are going to be achieved.
- Deal Review: contribute for Deal Review preparation & drive the discussion in relation to PCS portfolio, participate in the interlocks/ call for approvals in Latam and/or Intercon;
- Responsible to achieve market share targets defined in the budget
- Develop **Lifecycle Management **programs in partnership with Service Sales team drive **Franchise growth mindset commercial, product team and channels partners** w/ best in class IB retention (EOGS) in that process inc Svc,C&A offering
- Guarantee service targets such as Capture Rate, Collaborate with customer’s key stakeholders and enable the delivery of their growth strategy by early engagement, consultative approach & partnership at all stages from inception to post-deal closure
- Revenue growth, dollar per IB will be achieved.
- Guarantee Win rate targets defined in the budget will be achieved.
- Influence GTM and commercials metrics such as funnel, visibility, pacing, SFDC engagement and loss report.
- Budget bottom-up creation aligned with International structure;
- Own demonstration efficiency: pool definition (also with CPs), utilization rate and convertibility
- Responsible to translate demand to the PSI projection tog
