Are you highly organized, proactive, and eager to make a difference behind the scenes? Inner Circle is looking for a Management & Operations Assistant to support our Marketing team in São Paulo.

**Goal of the role**:
Ensure Inner Circle’s São Paulo office operates as a reliable and energizing base, enabling the Marketing team to focus on growth while operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

**Result areas**:

- Well-run office environment - A welcoming and functional workplace where the team has everything they need to perform.
- Seamless marketing operations - Logistics and suppliers coordinated efficiently so the Marketing team can execute with focus.
- Efficient financial coordination - Local vendors and invoices handled reliably, aligned with headquarters finance.

**Must-have**:

- Degree or proven experience in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related areas.
- Advanced English (to communicate with our headquarters).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable.
- Ability to multitask and support different areas simultaneously.
