**Main purpose of position**
Currently we are looking for a
**Sustainability Analyst** in
**São Paulo, Brazil** to be part of our global team working together towards our vision
- **Improving our future.** As our
**Sustainability Analyst** you will be Responsible for advising, analysing, monitoring and guiding the execution, implementation and materialization of actions related to environmental management activities, as well as actions for meeting the Environmental and Management Conditions, structuring actions related to Social and Environmental Programs (on construction and operation projects and office), developing the standardization of processes for the compliance of the company's undertakings and International Standards.

**Main responsibilities**

For Projects:

- Guide internal and external stakeholders to maintain environmental compliance on the site, at all stages of project development (planning, installation and operation), acting as a representative, facilitator and supervisor of the conditions (granting power), rules and procedures established for the compliance of the company's business.
- Guide and identify opportunities to improve the environmental performance of processes and tasks working at the front, following, monitoring and guiding the work of partner companies, contractors, suppliers and internal and external teams.
- Participate in the decision-making process and in the validation of tactical and operational decisions in the environmental area, guiding the other areas of the company and partners, proposing alternatives, and forwarding the implementation of actions with the environmental consultancy companies at the company's facilities.
- Leading the consolidation and providing guidance on the information that allows for the preparation of reports on the environmental performance of activities related to the Plans and Programs for meeting environmental conditions. - Identify environmental non-conformities and propose action plans and improvements and mitigating measures.
- Provide support in obtaining and renewing environmental licenses and authorizations.

For Corporate:

- Monitoring of environmental Due Diligence evaluating the compliance of projects with current environmental legislation, providing support for the socio-environmental assessment of the intended projects, taking advantage of Khow how from other projects, lessons learned, interaction and consultation with field analysts and external research, presenting the information the coordination / management of the area
- Guide, lead and provide support in the planning and execution of internal and external audits to assess the performance of environmental management at the company's sites (works) / ventures / facilities.
- Provide support and guidance in the preparation of technical specifications for terms of reference for contracting services related to licensing and environmental management.
- Guide and train, when necessary, other employees to verify with specialized consultants and other suppliers the delivery of reports, reports, certificates and other documents and or products in order to check compliance with the contractual steps to pay the bills related to the contracted services.

**Qualifications and competencies**
- Education: Environmental Engineering, Forest Engineering, Agronomic Engineering or related areas
- Experience: 3+ years in environmental management. Vegetation Suppression and development and implementation of environmental parameters in engineering projects and during construction. Environmental licensing processes in state environmental agencies and intervening agencies (BRAZIL : ex IPHAN, INCRA, FUNAI, SVS)
- Desirable: experience in licensing renewable energy companies or related
- Language: Fluent Portuguese & English, both written and spoken (not optional, will use daily)
